J Robert Carleton is a co-founder and Senior Advisor to Vector Group, Inc. and Vector Europe Business Consultants. He has worked in the public and private sectors, has extensive experience as both a manager and consultant, and is a past president and founding director of the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance and Instruction.

Gene Drumm is a Senior Advisor to Vector Group, Inc. and Vector Europe Business Consultants Ltd.  Gene's experience includes large-scale change projects for increasing organizational effectiveness, as well as leadership and culture change initiatives.  Gene has twice been the recipient of the President's Award from the International Society for Performance Improvement, for his contributions to the field.

Alan Stevens is Managing Director of Vector Europe.  Alan has worked for over twenty years in industry and is an expert in both National and Organizational culture. He has extensive experience in complex mergers throughout the world, and a detailed understanding of sales and distribution channels within competitive and heavily regulated environments.  His consulting work over the last several years has been in the areas of organizational alignment, leadership, and building effective teams.
